Job Description

• Planning, formulating and executing advertising, marketing, promotion, digital and social media strategies for clients
• Client servicing, developing and identifying new businesses
• Ensure that clients’ campaigns are properly planned and executed to deliver against campaign objectives
• Propose and pitch concepts and creative ideas to clients
• Support in all aspects of projects, from estimating cost, managing budgets, and developing reports for the clients and agency management team
• Measure and report performance of campaigns against objectives
• Be the primary liaison for client accounts and keep both client and internal management updated on campaign progress
• Liaise with brand team and digital team members
• Supervise and mentor junior brand team, manage workload effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
• Assist in improving existing workflow process and efficiency

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3 - 5 years experience in Client Servicing, campaign management or a similar position
• 1 - 2 years experience in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English is a MUST
• Written and verbal Mandarin/Cantonese is a MUST
• Understanding and experience with PPC, web analytics, social media and web development
• Flexible and willing to continuously learn by experience and advice
