Job Description

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts and other legal documents (both internal and external).
• Assist in the development and improvement of legal templates, standard operating procedures and compliance frameworks.
• Provide legal support across departments, including contractual rights, obligations and risk assessments. 
• Support corporate functions on legal related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and assess regulatory and legal developments, ensuring timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Perform other legal duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen with a law degree (LLB or equivalent) recognized in Malaysia.
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification legal experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and etc.
• Prior experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution or corporate advisory is an added advantage.
• Strong legal research, analytical, communication and negotiation skills. 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to deliver clear and concise legal support. 
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, resourceful and fast learner. A team player with pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
