Job Description

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and responsible Event Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in event planning, event setup, marketing activations, and on-ground event execution.

You will work closely with our event team to support projects from planning and preparation to setup and event day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning and preparation.
• Support event setup and dismantling at venues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and event crew.
• Assist with event materials, props, decorations, and equipment.
• Conduct venue checks before and during events.
• Take photos and videos of event setup and completed areas.
• Assist with registration counters, games, activities, and guest engagement.
• Help ensure all event areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.
• Support the team during event days, including weekends or public holidays when required.
• Assist with other ad-hoc event and marketing tasks.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Interested in events, marketing, activations, and creative projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to different event venues when required.
• Comfortable with hands-on work during event setup and teardown.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
