Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to handle daily accounting operations and support the company’s financial management. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, structure, and a stable working environment.

• Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry 处理日常会计工作及资料输入 
• Manage invoices, payments, and collections 管理发票、收款及付款事务 
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation 维护完整的财务记录及相关文件 
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports 协助准备基本财务报表 
• Liaise with internal teams on finance-related matters 与内部团队沟通及协调财务相关事项 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field 会计、财务或相关科系 Diploma 或以上学历 
• Relevant working experience is preferred 有相关工作经验者优先 
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) 熟悉会计软件及 Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines 细心、有责任感，并能按时完成工作 
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia 能使用华语、英语及马来语沟通
