Bukku is a 100% homegrown cloud accounting platform started by a serial technopreneur. It aims at over 1 million micro and small businesses in Malaysia that are mostly still relying on outdated technologies and software, and sometimes worse, pen &amp; paper. We are building a platform of software &amp; services to help small business owners and accountants to digitalise their business and operation. By leveraging on latest technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, we are doing the best we can to automate the manual processes for our clients.
Bukku was launched in early 2020 and is already one of the fastest growing cloud accounting solutions in the country, accumulating thousands of subscribers. We are funded by private investors since December 2020 and is set to grow and penetrate the Malaysian market before going regional.

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ins>Key Account Management</ins>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact between the partners and the company.</li>
<li>Ensure partner satisfaction by maintaining a professional relationship, handling and following-up on issue resolutions and catering to partner needs.</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of partners’ industry, their pain points. Construct action plans to assist them with their business success.</li>
<li>Keep partners up-to-date with Bukku’s developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.</li>
<li>Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners to generate new business for Bukku’s products &amp; services.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Business Development</ins>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage a profitable portfolio of Bukku’s partners (Comprises of mostly accounting firms) by acquiring new, growing and retaining existing partners including building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new potential partners.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Formulate and articulate market specific strategies, competitive analyses, growth strategies, including collaborative initiatives such as with our marketing &amp; product team.</li>
<li>Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.</li>
</ul>
