<p><strong> What you'll be doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collect renewal letters from the shared directory.</li>
<li>Insert the LHDN confidential logo on each renewal letter.</li>
<li>Obtain the principal agreement and stamp certificate from the filing system.</li>
<li>Merge the renewal letters and principal agreement into a single PDF document.</li>
<li>Store the merged PDF in the filing system and shared directory.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting Division to upload documents to the LHDN portal.</li>
<li>Log into the LHDN stamp portal to upload renewal letters and update the necessary fields for stamping.</li>
<li>Download the stamp certificate from the LHDN portal and save it to the shared directory and filing system.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on the progress of LHDN stamping.</li>
</ul>
