About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment and administrative support. You will work closely with HR executives and leaders on day‑to‑day tasks and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and Human Resources databases.
• Assist with Human Resources documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
• Participate in Human Resources-related projects as assigned.
• Other ad hoc activities in Human Resources Division

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
