Weekly Event Delivery (Core)
<ul>
<li>Plan, organise, and execute a minimum 1 event per week (talks, workshops, community activities, caregiver sessions, webinars, live broadcasts).</li>
<li>Build a 52-week event calendar, balancing lifestyle + medical/clinical topics.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth end-to-end delivery: venue setup, registration, run-of-show, guest flow, and post-event follow-up.</li>
</ul>
Speaker &amp; Program Curation
<ul>
<li>Source and secure speakers: geriatricians, physiotherapists, OTs, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, psychologists, legal/financial planners, caregivers, and relevant lifestyle experts.</li>
<li>Coordinate speaker logistics: briefing notes, event objectives, slide collection (if needed), AV requirements, and consent/recording permissions.</li>
<li>Maintain a speaker pipeline and database for repeat programming.</li>
</ul>
Partnerships &amp; Collaborations
<ul>
<li>Identify and secure partnerships that strengthen programming and widen reach (hospitals/clinics, rehab centres, NGOs, insurers, pharmacies, brands, community groups, corporates).</li>
<li>Negotiate win-win arrangements (co-hosted events, sponsor support, cross-promotion, referral collaborations).</li>
<li>Work with HQ to align partner messaging, approvals, and brand standards.</li>
</ul>
Community Growth &amp; Lead Generation
<ul>
<li>Drive attendance and contact capture for every event (online + offline).</li>
<li>Own the event funnel: landing/registration link setup (HQ may support), attendee confirmation, reminders, and walk-in management.</li>
<li>Ensure high-quality lead capture (name, phone/email, relationship to senior, interest area, consent for follow-up).</li>
<li>Work with HQ/CRM owners so all contacts are tagged correctly for nurturing.</li>
</ul>
Event Marketing Coordination (HQ-Supported)
<ul>
<li>Provide HQ with key event inputs: title, description, target audience, speaker bio, key visual requirements, and posting schedule.</li>
<li>Coordinate basic on-ground content capture (photos/short clips) or align with the content creator where available.</li>
<li>Ensure event listings are consistent and professional across channels.</li>
</ul>
Post-Event Reporting &amp; Improvement
<ul>
<li>Track attendance, lead count, conversion outcomes, and feedback.</li>
<li>Submit a short weekly update and a monthly performance report.</li>
<li>Improve formats over time based on performance (topics, timing, speaker types, channels).</li>
</ul>
