Job Descriptions
- To assist in preparing a full set of accounts such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, etc.
- To prepare statement of accounts, bank reconciliation, petty cash as well as to manage and issue the invoice, debit notes, credit notes.
- To prepare other accounts ledger accordance with proper respective compliance.
- Manage and issue journal voucher/outlets accounts.
Job Requirements
- Good in planning and communication skills.
- Able to perform decision making and problem solving.
- Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing and observation skills.
- Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Computer literacy.
Academy Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting/LCCI.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in related field.
- Familiar in Accounting related work is an added advantage.
