<li>To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contracts preparation.</li>
<li>To prepare project budgets and cost analysis.</li>
<li>To ensure timely handling and certification of on-going project claims and payments including VOs.</li>
<li>To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers.</li>
<li>To conduct frequent site visits.</li>
