Job Description
- Assist the project manager in project take-offs/to take off quantity for on-going projects and tender.
- To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contracts preparation.
- To prepare project budgets and cost analysis.
- To ensure timely handling and certification of on-going project claims and payments including VOs.
- To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers.
- To conduct frequent site visits.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Required language(s):Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good management of overall QS operation
