About the Role

We’re expanding our digital transformation projects and are looking for a hands-on Project Executive / Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and keep clients updated every step of the way—ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget and with outstanding quality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from kickoff to go-live: plan, execute, monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements and translate them into clear project plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, making sure resources are allocated and issues resolved quickly.
• Oversee testing & QA, especially during User Acceptance Tests, to maintain a flawless user experience.
• Communicate with clients on project updates, risks and milestones to build lasting relationships.
• Identify improvements in processes and share best practices to raise the bar for future projects.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken). Cantonese is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Solid grasp of project management tools, MS Office; basic coding or SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives under tight deadlines.
• Own transport and willingness to travel within Klang Valley when required.
