 That’s the reality behind most live experiences. Messy, high pressure, and held together by people who care. 
CloudJoi was built to support them. We started by helping organisers sell tickets and reach audiences, simply and reliably.
 Today, we power thousands of events across the region. Our role is still the same, make it easier to create experiences people will show up for.

We are still building. Things move fast, and not everything is fully defined. You’ll need to be comfortable figuring things out as you go.
 You’ll be close to real problems. Talking to organisers, seeing how events come together, understanding what’s at stake behind every ticket.

CloudJoi supports arts, culture, and live experiences by making ticketing and event operations simple and reliable. As a Support Executive, you’ll ensure organisers feel confident using the platform and are well-supported from onboarding through to live events.This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

<li>Help organisers succeed after sales are closed</li>
<li>Guide new organisers through setup and onboarding</li>
<li>Solve practical problems and improve processes</li>
<li>Work closely with operations, sales, and product teams </li>
</ul>
