🌟 Job Purpose
Take charge of planning, booking, and managing business operations to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and profitability goals. Your quick-thinking and troubleshooting skills will be key to resolving daily operational challenges.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Planning & Booking: Oversee daily bookings to meet client requirements and ensure SLA compliance.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment status and update freight milestones.
- Carrier Coordination: Manage pre-block bookings and optimize carrier space allotments.
- Engagement with Airlines: Negotiate rates, secure capacity, and resolve issues like damages or missing items.
- Cost Optimization: Plan consolidations and optimize BUP to achieve competitive freight costs.
- Invoice Verification: Check IATA & GSA invoices for accuracy.
- Support Tasks: Step in for CRCP duties during team member absences.
🎓 Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a related function (preferred).
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (reading, writing, speaking).
