Job Description

 We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with solid expertise in mining excavation and on-site construction management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the smooth execution of mining engineering projects, including excavation, blasting, slope stability control, and safety management. This role requires a professional who can lead on-site teams, ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations, and deliver projects on time and within budget. 

我们正在招聘一名具有丰富经验的矿山工程现场管理人员，要求熟悉矿山开挖与施工现场管理。该岗位主要负责协调与监督矿山工程项目的实施过程，包括土石方开挖、爆破作业、边坡稳定控制以及安全管理。理想的候选人应能带领现场团队，确保施工符合技术标准与安全规范，并按时、按质、按成本完成项目。 

Supervise on-site teams and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. 

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure project progress meets technical and timeline requirements.
• Monitor and control project costs, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Handle emergencies, technical issues, and unexpected challenges at the project site.
• Lead safety training and ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
• 监督现场施工队伍与承包商，确保安全、质量与进度。
• 与工程设计及项目管理团队协调，确保项目进度与技术要求一致。
• 控制项目成本，合理安排物资与设备使用。
• 进行现场巡查，确保符合安全、环保及工程技术规范。
• 编制并审核现场的日报、周报及月报。
• 处理现场突发事件与技术问题。
• 组织安全培训，严格落实安全生产管理制度。

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related fields. 
• Minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience in mining excavation or large-scale construction site management.
• Proven experience managing on-site operations, including blasting, excavation, and slope safety.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to work at remote mining sites and adapt to challenging field conditions.
• 本科及以上学历，矿业工程、土木工程、地质工程或相关专业。
• 至少1-5年以上矿山开挖或大型施工现场管理经验。
• 熟悉矿山开挖、爆破施工及边坡安全管理等现场作业。
• 能够阅读与理解工程图纸及施工规范。 
• 具备较强的领导力、组织协调与沟通能力。
• 熟练使用项目管理软件及 Microsoft Office 办公软件。
• 能适应矿区驻场工作及复杂施工环
