Job Description

• Event Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of high-quality events; Develop detailed event plans and budgets; Coordinate with cross departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with external vendors; Oversee vendor contracts, ensuring all services are delivered on time
• Marketing and Promotion: Create promotional activity, to generate results in social media traffic & app user conversion.
• On-Site Management: Oversee all on-site event logistics; Ensure a positive and professional experience for all event attendees, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations; Prepare detailed event reports and provide insights and recommendations for future events.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the tech or finance industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale events and delivering exceptional results.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willing to travel oversea
• Innovative planner with fresh ideas on event experience planning.
