Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Occupancy

- Manage occupancy and revenue objectives for all Colony and Jerry locations.
- Conduct weekly assessments of the sales pipeline — analyzing leads, tours, conversion rates, deal speed, and pricing adjustments.
- Supervise yield optimization, discount strategies, and pricing approaches.
- Monitor monthly P&L factors (PORD, TCV, Churn, Non-Residential Revenue).

2. Marketing & Brand
- Oversee comprehensive marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Approve creative strategies for visuals, messaging, and campaigns, ensuring brand coherence across Colony and Jerry.
- Manage SEO, public relations, and partnership strategies to enhance visibility and generate inbound leads.
- Execute monthly marketing evaluations and optimize budget distribution for improved ROI.

3. Data & Insights
- Maintain and analyze dashboards for occupancy metrics, lead source composition, and return on advertising spend.
- Project occupancy trends for the next 3–6 months and provide pricing and spending recommendations to leadership.
- Convert data insights into strategies aimed at improving conversions and campaign effectiveness.

4. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Business Development to synchronize pricing, products, and promotional strategies.
- Assist in feasibility studies and strategies for new location launches.
- Ensure a smooth and transparent communication process among departments.

5. Leadership & People Development
- Develop and mentor team members through objective and key results (OKR) reviews and feedback sessions.
- Promote autonomy, accountability, and open lines of communication.
- Handle conflict resolution, enhance performance, and support career development.
- Align incentive structures and OKRs with company objectives and performance benchmarks.


Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Strategy (with 3+ years in leadership).
  • Proven success scaling multi-location revenue in hospitality, coworking, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strategic yet creative — confident with numbers and narratives.
  • Skilled in CRM systems, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communicator with leadership presence and team-first mindset.
