Revenue &amp; Occupancy</strong><br>   - Manage occupancy and revenue objectives for all Colony and Jerry locations.<br>   - Conduct weekly assessments of the sales pipeline — analyzing leads, tours, conversion rates, deal speed, and pricing adjustments.<br>   - Supervise yield optimization, discount strategies, and pricing approaches.<br>   - Monitor monthly P&amp;L factors (PORD, TCV, Churn, Non-Residential Revenue).<br><br>2. <strong>Marketing &amp; Brand</strong><br>   - Oversee comprehensive marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned media channels.<br>   - Approve creative strategies for visuals, messaging, and campaigns, ensuring brand coherence across Colony and Jerry.<br>   - Manage SEO, public relations, and partnership strategies to enhance visibility and generate inbound leads.<br>   - Execute monthly marketing evaluations and optimize budget distribution for improved ROI.<br><br><strong>3. Data &amp; Insights</strong><br>   - Maintain and analyze dashboards for occupancy metrics, lead source composition, and return on advertising spend.<br>   - Project occupancy trends for the next 3–6 months and provide pricing and spending recommendations to leadership.<br>   - Convert data insights into strategies aimed at improving conversions and campaign effectiveness.<br><br><strong>4. Cross-Functional Alignment</strong><br>   - Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Business Development to synchronize pricing, products, and promotional strategies.<br>   - Assist in feasibility studies and strategies for new location launches.<br>   - Ensure a smooth and transparent communication process among departments.<br><br><strong>5. Leadership &amp; People Development</strong><br>   - Develop and mentor team members through objective and key results (OKR) reviews and feedback sessions.<br>   - Promote autonomy, accountability, and open lines of communication.<br>   - Handle conflict resolution, enhance performance, and support career development.<br>   - Align incentive structures and OKRs with company objectives and performance benchmarks.</p>
