Job Description:
As an Event Executive, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and social gatherings. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event is flawlessly executed, exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning &amp; Management: Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is realized.
- Vendor Coordination: Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- On-Site Management: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of any issues.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event debriefs, gather feedback, and prepare reports to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.
