<p><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong></p>
<p>The Learning &amp; Engagement Intern supports the Learning &amp; Engagement function in delivering impactful learning initiatives and employee engagement activities. This role provides administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of training programmes, onboarding activities, and engagement events.</p>
<p>The intern will gain hands-on exposure to HR learning operations, employee experience initiatives, and internal communications while developing organisational and stakeholder management skills.</p>

<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learning Administration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate training programmes (internal and external), including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.</li>
<li>Maintain training attendance records and update learning systems (LMS enrolment, progress tracking, and follow-ups).</li>
<li>Support post-training feedback consolidation and reporting.</li>
<li>Update training calendars and communicate learning schedules to employees.</li>
<li>Coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires, including scheduling and welcome communications.</li>
<li>Prepare onboarding materials and monitor onboarding module completion.</li>
<li>Support onboarding feedback tracking and engagement touchpoints.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Employee Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.</li>
<li>Support event logistics, simple communications, and documentation (e.g., visuals, photos, filing).</li>
<li>Compile engagement survey responses and basic data summaries when required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>HR Documentation &amp; Systems</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and digital filing for learning and engagement activities.</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and confidentiality in HR systems.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the HR team as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Internal Communications</strong></p>
<p>Prepare monthly new hire announcements and simple internal communication materials (e.g., Canva visuals).&nbsp;</p>
