Reporting to the Group CHRO, this role acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders—including the CEO, GMs, faculty leaders (VC, DVCs, Deans) and founders—ensuring that business and academic objectives are supported through effective people strategies. The ideal candidate brings a balanced blend of hands-on execution and high-level strategic thinking, with a strong background in recruitment, operations, compensation &amp; benefits and HR business partnering.</p> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Key Responsibilities</h2><div class="brxe-text"><ul> <li>Strategically partner with business and academic leaders (CEO, GMs, VC, DVCs, Deans) to design and implement people strategies that drive institutional goals.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and organizational development.</li> <li>Oversee full-cycle HR operations—covering talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy administration and HR governance.</li> <li>Support compensation &amp; benefits strategy, ensuring both external competitiveness and internal equity.</li> <li>Lead engagement and culture initiatives to cultivate an outstanding work and academic environment.</li> <li>Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure aligned and integrated HR delivery across the Group.</li> <li>Mentor and coach junior HR professionals, strengthening team capability and fostering knowledge-sharing.</li> <li>Monitor key HR metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize processes and outcomes.</li> <li>Balance strategic HR planning with hands-on execution in support of business and faculty needs.</li> </ul> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Skills and Experiences</h2><div class="brxe-text"><p><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP, HR generalist leadership, or equivalent role.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders at executive or faculty-leader level (e.g., CEO, VC, Deans).</li> <li>Strong hands-on capability in recruitment, operations and compensation &amp; benefits.</li> <li>Deep HR generalist knowledge, with expertise in employee relations, performance management, organizational design and policy compliance.</li> <li>Ability to operate with strategic agility while staying engaged in day-to-day HR delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in the education sector, professional services, or matrixed organizations with faculty and corporate stakeholders.</li> <li>History of leading HR initiatives that support organizational growth, transformation, or culture change.</li> <li>Experience building HR capabilities in teams, through coaching, mentoring, or structured development efforts.</li> </ul> </div></div><a class="brxe-button btn-main bricks-button bricks-background-primary" href="https://boards.briohr.com/mindaglobal-xpbsame68h/details/689998d3925a2b000862096c" target="_blank">Apply Now</a></p>
