D’Laksa was found by a food enthusiast born in Penang who has a genuine love towards Malaysia’s famous local cuisine from his birth place which is ‘Asam Laksa’. This sparked a new idea on starting his own company where he can share his love for food with everyone. Thus, the company has been established since 2012. 
With the help of the whole team, we made continuous development and improvisation to create this remarkable and exceptional savoury relish.&nbsp;

Vision & Mission

Operation:
<ol>
<li>To ensure that restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos.</li>
<li>Work as communicator between outlet pic or management and subordinates.</li>
<li>Supervise and support the operation for all outlet assigned.</li>
<li>Train, motivate, supervise, communicate and evaluate food &amp; beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies</li>
<li>Assist to prepare training materials for outlet staff training.</li>
<li>Conduct onsite training (operation guideline &amp; customer service) based on schedule arranged</li>
<li>Prepare all documents for PBT application &amp; Ensure all PBT license renew before expiry date.</li>
<li>Involve in new outlet opening. </li>
<li>To ensure the achievement of monthly profit and sales </li>
<li>Assist HOD in audit and review outlet performance.</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines.</li>
<li>Liaising with customers, employees, purchasing, and licensing authorities</li>
<li>Weekly reporting on outlet performance includes stocks &amp; staff.</li>
<li>Assist food safety audit and halal department.</li>
<li>Audit outlet and handling complaint</li>
<li>Regularly check outlet CCTV</li>
<li>Must always travel outlet to outlet</li>
<li>Cover Penang , Kedah area</li>
<li>Will based in Penang outlet.</li>
<li>Travel to outstation as arranged by immediate superior or the Management</li>
<li>Performs any ad-hoc tasks and other job-related duties as assigned by immediate superior or the Management</li>
</ol>

Daily Task:
<ol>
<li>Ensure all outlet has enough manpower to run the business.</li>
<li>Arrange manpower accordingly by follow labor cost guideline.</li>
<li>Check morning &amp; closing report for each outlet, follow-up with outlet pic and ensure closing report sent completely.</li>
<li>Check supervisor’s daily report, and record all the issue reported.</li>
<li>Submit vegetable order (Mon, Wed &amp; Fri).</li>
<li>Outlet visit report includes:</li>
</ol>
- Outlet condition
- Staff performance
- Product quality
- Stock issue
- Other highlighted issue

Weekly:
<ol>
<li>Plan staff roster based on outlet’s operational requirements.</li>
<li>Complete weekly labor cost.</li>
<li>Conduct staff appraisal on week 3 every month.</li>
</ol>
