Job Description

• Analyze sales, inventory, and customer data to deliver actionable insights for business growth.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaigns, inventory, and aging analysis.
• Manage purchase orders, stock replenishment, and shipment tracking for timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate local and international logistics for both B2B and B2C operations.
• Oversee e-commerce accuracy across listings, inventory, and product information.
• Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, packing lists, and credit notes with precision.
• Maintain efficient filing and e-filing systems for all operational and documentation needs.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or logistics support (retail experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with inventory or POS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
