We are currently hiring an experienced HRBP Lead to drive all HR initiatives for the Danone Asia &amp; Service Delivery Centre (ASDC), in close partnership with local BU HR teams—focusing on building business service capabilities, developing HRBPs, and ensuring talent acquisition and operational excellence in alignment with Danone’s HR strategy.Responsibilities:HR Processes Execution<ul><li>Contribute to talent needs identification.</li><li>Initiate the&nbsp; jobs requisition process, work closely with the local BU HR team on the short list process, participate in the interview strategy, validates and presents the job offer.</li><li>Ensure onboarding process.</li><li>Prepare functional Talent Review following Danone guidelines and support Development Conversation process, meeting Talents and key people on a regular basis. </li><li>Build pipeline and succession plan as well as career path for ASDC population</li><li>Ensure the full running of the Performance Management process for the Danoners in his/her scope and run calibration sessions.</li><li>Identify collective functional capabilities required to support ASDC performance, as well as individual learning needs.</li><li>Liaise with the local HR BU team to build learning plans accordingly. </li><li>Support Danoners in the implementation of their own Talent Development Plan.</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits: work with reward team to build or review reward framework, incentive mechanism according to local market and global instruction, run ASR for ASDC population. </li><li>Lead BP team to ensure Danoner data accuracy in all HR systems. </li><li>Drive proper implementation of HR policies and guidelines and ensure compliance with local labor legislation.</li><li>Animate H&amp;S, Working Conditions and Well-being initiatives (e.g.: Wise2, Dancers, etc.) and maintain a fair and fluid social dialogue during Work Council, Employee Mediation, etc.</li></ul>Proximity Management and engagement <ul><li>Support, challenge Line Managers with team dynamics/transformation projects</li><li>Support and activate Zone DBS engagement programs. </li><li>Drive high performance culture that attracts talent to ASDC.</li></ul> </div>
