<li>Research and understand marketing trends and consumers' need.</li>
<li>Perform competitive benchmarking and analysis, and further come out with associated counter action plan.</li>
<li>Plan and execute for inter-platform marketing effort (banner, shocking sales, bundle deal, keyword ads, listing ranking).</li>
<li>Plan and execute monthly online marketing campaign mechanisms (lucky draw, complimentary free gift, voucher etc.).</li>
<li>Assist and ensure offline campaigns run smoothly and all teams involved are aligned.</li>
<li>Forecast and communicate with Procurement team to ensure consistent stock level and healthy inventory turnover rate.</li>
<li>Reporting on a timely manner to the Management on store performance and post mortem of marketing campaign.</li>
<li>Communicate with Brand Principal on marketing funding and new product development.</li>
</ul>

<li>Building brand awareness via social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Telegram or Twitter in form of group, page or community feeds.</li>

<p>We have our dedicated in house Graphic Designer team to aid you in production of multimedia materials needed for product listing on eCommerce website and platform stores. You will be working closely with our Procurement and Warehousing team for shipment related issue. We also have our own Customer Experience team to support in terms of entertaining all customer enquiries and after-sales support.</p>
<p>There will also be support from our in-house Digital Marketing team when it comes to liaising with influencers, setting up Meta (Facebook) CPAS ads etc.</p>
<p>You will be involved in, or even take charge of various internal training and sharing sessions about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming sessions and decision making meetings!</p>
