<li>Assist with logistical planning and preparation for a wide range of events.</li>
<li>Help coordinate with various vendors and suppliers, obtaining quotes and managing communications.</li>
<li>Support the creation of event documents, including schedules, floor plans, and task lists.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing event materials, such as registration kits, name badges, and promotional signage.</li>
<li>Help maintain and organize event inventory and supplies.</li>

On-Site Event Execution:
<ul>
<li>Play a key role in the setup and breakdown of event spaces.</li>
<li>Provide on-site operational support, assisting with guest registration, wayfinding, and general inquiries.</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison for vendors, performers, or guests, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.</li>
<li>Work closely with the operations team to handle last-minute requests and solve problems in real-time.</li>
<li>Help manage event equipment and ensure all elements are functioning as planned.</li>
</ul>
Post-Event Wrap-Up:
<ul>
<li>Assist with the post-event breakdown, including packing materials and returning equipment.</li>
<li>Help collect feedback and data for post-event reporting and analysis.</li>
<li>Participate in debrief meetings to discuss event successes and areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Support the team with administrative tasks to close out events.</li>
</ul>
