Employment &amp; People Operations

<li>Manage the end-to-end employment lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, to help us provide a seamless experience for every new joiner.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee records and documentation so that we can ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws at all times.</li>
</ul>
Payroll &amp; Financial Administration
<ul>
<li>Execute precise salary claim calculations and monthly payroll processing, allowing you to ensure that every team member is paid accurately and on time for their hard work.</li>
<li>Handle statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS, while managing staff claims and allowances to keep our financial records transparent.</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Staff Relations
<ul>
<li>Oversee matters related to staff misconduct and grievances by conducting proper inquiries, helping us maintain a high standard of professional integrity across the board.</li>
<li>Update and implement HR policies and employee handbooks so that we can clearly communicate our shared expectations and support our team effectively.</li>
