Job Description

Human Resource Management

  • Support and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employeerelations and offboarding
  •  Partner with business units to align HR strategies with business objectives
  •  Oversee payroll administration, compensation & benefits and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.)
  •  Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulatory requirements
  •  Support performance appraisal processes, talent development and succession planning
  •  Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbook
  •  Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances and counselling

Administration & Office Management

  •  Oversee general administration, office facilities and vendor management
  •  Manage insurance related employee benefits (e.g. GHS, GPA, medical claims) and liaise with insurers
  •  Ensure proper documentation, filing systems and adherence to internal governance policies
  •  Coordinate corporate events, staff engagement initiatives and internal communications

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6–7 years of HR generalist experience preferably in insurance, financial services or professional services
  •  Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and relevant labour regulations
  •  Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  •  Team player with proactive problem-solving skills.
  •  High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
