Human Resource Management

<li>Support and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employeerelations and offboarding</li>
<li>&nbsp;Partner with business units to align HR strategies with business objectives</li>
<li>&nbsp;Oversee payroll administration, compensation &amp; benefits and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support performance appraisal processes, talent development and succession planning</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbook</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances and counselling</li>
</ul>
Administration &amp; Office Management
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Oversee general administration, office facilities and vendor management</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage insurance related employee benefits (e.g. GHS, GPA, medical claims) and liaise with insurers</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure proper documentation, filing systems and adherence to internal governance policies</li>
