Job Description
- Managing & monitoring the account related, operational and administrative matters for the company
- Perform billing and accounting responsibilities for company
- Maintain proper record and organization of filling system
- Collect payment from customer
- Handling incoming call, message and email from customer or supplier
- Perform ad hoc task
- Prepare and monitor invoices and payments.

Job Requirements
- Must have at least a diploma
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, Bahasa or both languages
- Must have a personal mode of transportation
- Office-based position
- Available to start work immediately or with short notice
