In this role you will ensure the long-term customer satisfaction, development of the team, Economic Performance, and the implementation of the local commercial policy through the implementation of Decathlon Malaysia local commercial policy.
&nbsp;1.To Customers
<ul>
<li>Know the technical features and user benefits to offer customers appropriate products and services, regardless of whether they are in range</li>
<li>Organize and manage the availability of the team to customers according to sales activity (working hours planning and efficient organization)</li>
<li>Improve and develop customer information by encouraging the subscription/registration of loyalty card to customers</li>
</ul>
2.To The Team
<ul>
<li>Recruit sports talents who are sporty, has sense of service, vital, and concrete/practical</li>
<li>Guarantee the human structure is matched with the Decathlon Malaysia commercial policy and economic targets</li>
<li>Take the responsibility to develop skills and confidence of each team member as well as their ability to work independently, through regular and effective individual meeting, team meeting and daily coaching on floor</li>
<li>Make a training plan and development plan with the team</li>
<li>Guarantee the standard employment process</li>
</ul>
3.To The Company
<ul>
<li>Propose annual objectives (ambition) approved by leader</li>
<li>Analyze the local market and build the Decathlon Malaysia commercial policy for each sport</li>
<li>Decide the layout plan and range choice which reflects the commercial policies</li>
<li>Forecast and manage the economic performance and put action plans to improve with the team throughout the year</li>
<li>Boost Decathlon Malaysia best sales by using resources and commercial tools</li>
<li>Manage the sports experience which encourages customers to find new sports and innovations</li>
<li>Arrange the layout in accordance with implantation principles</li>
<li>Produce the high-quality implantation's based on internal strategies</li>
<li>Maintain the layout with good facing to make customers satisfied</li>
<li>Make sure the stock is accurate and available using the automatic replenishment system</li>
</ul>
4.For Safety of People and Goods
<ul>
<li>Enforce basic department safety standards</li>
<li>Apply and enforce all the security procedures (regarding people, goods and cash). Play an active role in combating shrinkage</li>
<li>Involved to train the team’s basic knowledge of safety</li>
<li>Observe the product safety policy (traceability of sensitive products, use-by dates etc.)</li>
<li>Lead the store well as duty manager when needed</li>
</ul>
5.Development and Complementary Skills
<ul>
<li>Know and manage the personal development plan and training plan</li>
<li>Participate in training, develop the training skills and become a trainer</li>
<li>Improve skills of the teammates with the leader</li>
</ul>
