Job Description

• Actively promote and present Delitea’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
   
• Meet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
   
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and after-sales support.
   
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales and retention.
   
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
   
• Maintain records of sales activities and report progress to management.

Job Requirements

• Age 21 – 32 years old.
   
• Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
   
• Own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
   
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
   
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
   
• Outgoing, confident, and persuasive in sales presentations.
   
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive, Email).
   
• Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
   
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or B2B environments.
