Ensure that compensation and benefits practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.</li> <li>Collect and compile data for market benchmarking and analysis.</li> <li>Support in data preparation and conduct internal analysis for input in compensation strategy to maintain competitiveness.</li> <li>Provide compensation &amp; benefits consultation and support to employees and HR colleagues.</li> <li>Respond to periodic and ad-hoc requests including reports.
