Job Description

Leading tax workstreams & assist clients across the entire tax lifecycle vis-à-vis M&A transactions (including tax due diligence, tax structuring, tax modelling and SPA support).

Assist clients with tax disputes.

Leading tax research and supporting the provision of advice on tax technical matters.

Production of advice regarding tax technical matters.

Supervising with the preparation of tax advice and/or tax computations/filings.

Preparation of proposals and presentations.

Managing, training and coaching more junior members of the team; preparation of proposals and presentations and assisting with business development.

Leading business development – in each case vis-à-vis one or more of the subsectors including Banking and Capital Markets, Investment Management, Real Estate and Insurance.
