Job Description

Liaising with engagement managers or other relevant team members to confirm invoice requirements.

Drafting invoices in relevant systems, coordinating approvals, generation, distribution, and filing as per service line work instructions and filing requirements.

Assist with the preparation and reviewing immigration forms and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance (when needed).

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the engagement team.

Work closely with other team members on invoice matters.
