Job Description

  • Formulate strategic initiatives drawing insight from qualitative and quantitative research
  • Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including deal preparation, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiation and completion, across cross-functional project teams to a diverse client base.
  • Oversee detailed financial analysis (including detailed financial models) and market research done by junior members of the team to derive strategic insights and findings to support project deliverables.
  • Oversee the preparation of marketing materials including investment teasers, information memorandum, and client presentations.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with engagement management client stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex financial information and strategic insights effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards throughout the M&A process.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Lead multiple project teams, ensuring all engagements are completed on schedule, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders involved in the strategic initiatives and/or M&A process.
  • Contribute to practice development activities, including preparing and delivering training programs. Carry out role as a coach and mentor to junior members of the team.
  • Support business development activities including preparation and delivery of proposals, pitch decks, and target lists.
