Job Description

Formulate strategic initiatives drawing insight from qualitative and quantitative research

Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including deal preparation, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiation and completion, across cross-functional project teams to a diverse client base.

Oversee detailed financial analysis (including detailed financial models) and market research done by junior members of the team to derive strategic insights and findings to support project deliverables.

Oversee the preparation of marketing materials including investment teasers, information memorandum, and client presentations.

Communicate effectively and professionally with engagement management client stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex financial information and strategic insights effectively.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards throughout the M&A process.

Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Lead multiple project teams, ensuring all engagements are completed on schedule, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders involved in the strategic initiatives and/or M&A process.

Contribute to practice development activities, including preparing and delivering training programs. Carry out role as a coach and mentor to junior members of the team.

Support business development activities including preparation and delivery of proposals, pitch decks, and target lists.
