Job Description

Define and lead the end-to-end testing strategy, planning and execution for Temenos Transact implementation projects including timelines, resources, and methodologies.

Define the overall test approach across SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, and Cutover Validation, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

Oversee the development and maintenance of test scenarios, scripts, traceability matrices, and defect management processes.

Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system

Prepare & present testing reports, incl test results, defect analysis and lead defect triage and resolution

Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes

Manage test environments, test data setup, and integration points with upstream/downstream systems.

Lead a team of testers (onsite and offshore) and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and program objectives.

Establish and track testing KPIs, prepare status dashboards, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.

Work closely with the Delivery team to align testing milestones with release plans and ensure quality assurance gates are met.

Establish and implement a test automation framework aligned with the technology stack and DevOps pipeline.

Identify key regression suites and automation candidates early, to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Oversee development and execution of automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Tosca, Karate, Postman (for APIs), JMeter, etc.

Identify and implement opportunities to deploy AI solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing

Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and regulatory requirements relevant to core banking systems
