Job Description

  • Define and lead the end-to-end testing strategy, planning and execution for Temenos Transact implementation projects including timelines, resources, and methodologies.
  • Define the overall test approach across SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, and Cutover Validation, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of test scenarios, scripts, traceability matrices, and defect management processes.
  • Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
  • Prepare & present testing reports, incl test results, defect analysis and lead defect triage and resolution
  • Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Manage test environments, test data setup, and integration points with upstream/downstream systems.
  • Lead a team of testers (onsite and offshore) and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and program objectives.
  • Establish and track testing KPIs, prepare status dashboards, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Delivery team to align testing milestones with release plans and ensure quality assurance gates are met.
  • Establish and implement a test automation framework aligned with the technology stack and DevOps pipeline.
  • Identify key regression suites and automation candidates early, to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Oversee development and execution of automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Tosca, Karate, Postman (for APIs), JMeter, etc.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to deploy AI solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing
  • Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and regulatory requirements relevant to core banking systems
