Job Description

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to customers.
• Take customer orders and ensure orders are prepared and served accurately.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation according to company standards.
• Handle cashier duties and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, kitchen, equipment and dining area.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
• Replenish stocks and assist with inventory checking when required.
• Support daily outlet operations and work closely with the outlet team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Friendly, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Must be punctual, reliable and committed to work.
• Food handling certificate and typhoid vaccination are an advantage / may be required according to company requirements.
