Description:&nbsp; General Responsibilities <ul> <li>Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets for the HRIS function to ensure efficient usage of resources</li> <li>Ensure HRIS projects are delivered on time and within budget, achieving ≥ 90% stakeholder satisfaction.</li> <li>Test and implement HRIS-related solutions (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.) to drive HR strategic and operational effectiveness</li> <li>Monitor ongoing daily HRIS and employee data integration between various system platforms (e.g. SAP HCM, Identity Governance, HR payroll system, etc.) to ensure</li> <li>the smooth running of HR operational activities</li> <li>Review system workflows and specifications. Escalate problems/issues. Maintain ≥ 98% accuracy in employee master data and ensure 100% compliance with global access governance</li> <li>Conduct standard diagnosis and troubleshooting on software packages and hardware issues to support stakeholders' daily HR Technology queries/requests</li> <li>Achieve ≥ 95% training completion and ≥ 90% adoption of new HRIS features within 3 months of rollout</li> <li>Execute HRIS projects to enhance existing system needs (e.g., new system implementation, HRIS upgrades, standardization to global requirements, etc.)</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure stakeholder requirements are met regarding HR systems</li> <li>Manage relationship with external HR system vendors/consultants to enable smooth running of system upgrade/improvement initiatives</li> <li>Ensure vendors meet 100% SLA commitments and maintain strong collaboration with HR and IT teams</li> <li>Assist in the implementation of data quality measurements and identify patterns and trends in data gaps in a deductive manner</li> <li>Assist in analytical problem solving and generate actionable recommendations by analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data</li> <li>Assist superior in guiding team members to ensure effective delivery of HR requests</li> <li>Collaborate with IT architecture team to monitor and optimize system performance</li> <li>Conduct refresher training to upskill HR personnel from time to time in terms of data quality and data management best practices</li> <li>Review HRIS user access rights with country HRIS personnel and recommend options to align to global standards and guidelines</li> <li>Provide input to data dictionary, business blueprint of existing HRIS-related solutions and data architecture documentation in a details approach</li> <li>Maintain HRIS system uptime at ≥ 99.5% and resolve incidents within 24–48 hours</li> <li>Deliver HR reports with ≥ 99% accuracy and reduce data gaps by ≥ 20% year-over-year</li> <li>Conduct knowledge transfer session to other team members</li> </ul> &nbsp; Job requirements <ul> <li>Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business and industry</li> <li>Demonstrate sound knowledge in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Performance &amp; Goals, Succession,</li> <li>Compensation, Employee Central), talent management, HRIS trends, best practices, design, solution evaluation and the use of appropriate technologies</li> <li>Demonstrate knowledge in HR-related needs and provide consulting on design and delivery of HRIS solutions</li> <li>Demonstrate research and analytical skills</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)</li> <li>Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken</li> <li>Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-culture interactions</li> </ul> &nbsp; Education <ul> <li>Degree in IT or a related discipline</li> </ul> &nbsp; Work experience <ul> <li>Minimum two to five years’ experience in a similar role</li> </ul>
