Description:&nbsp; Job summary Lead initiatives to enhance order fulfilment and service levels for DKSH Consumer Goods’ top key customers. Develop a strategic and collaborative business platform to drive sales growth for existing suppliers and enable quicker market penetration for new ones. Actively support CAM teams in expediting dispute resolutions. Responsible for improving service levels with key customers. Directly accountable for driving improvements in net sales and EBIT, where applicable. &nbsp; General responsibilities 1. Customer Service Performance <ul> <li> Enhance service levels for top 10 customers. </li> <li> Conduct regular service level reviews with customers (including Synergize, FS &amp; 4PL) </li> <li> Participate in Top-to-Top business reviews with key customers. </li> <li> Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Key Retailer </li> </ul> &nbsp; 2. Dispute Management &amp; Coordination <ul> <li> Act as SPOC for Exclusive team (4PL, full service) to manage key customer issues. </li> <li> Serve as primary contact for E1 and E2 teams in resolving customer related challenges. </li> <li> Work with NCAMs and GCAM to resolve key issues/disputes. </li> <li> Oversee TT reconciliations with internal teams. </li> </ul> &nbsp; 3. Special Projects <ul> <li> Lead and support regional CAM projects, especially those related to strategic partners like Tesco Asia. </li> <li> Be the point of contact for regional centers of excellence. </li> <li>Collaborate on strategic supplier partnership programs with client.</li> </ul> &nbsp; 4. Trading Terms <ul> <li> Vet and endorse trading terms to ensure compliance with DKSH guidelines. </li> <li> Manage the reconciliation of the annual trading terms. </li> <li> Champion the accuracy and consistency of trading term execution. </li> </ul> &nbsp; 5.
