Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;
Operational Management&nbsp;
1.Outlet Performance Oversight:&nbsp;

<li>Monitor daily operations across all outlets to ensure adherence to company standards and policies. </li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain service quality and operational consistency. </li>
</ul>
2.Sales &amp; Reporting:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Analyze outlet sales performance and provide actionable insights to meet revenue targets. </li>
<li>Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, sales trends, and key metrics for senior management. </li>
</ul>
3.Process Improvement:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and propose data-driven process improvement initiatives. </li>
<li>Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance service delivery and cost efficiency. </li>
</ul>
4.Crisis Management:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for escalated operational issues or emergencies. </li>
<li>Develop and execute contingency plans to address crises, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. </li>
</ul>
Team Leadership&nbsp;
1.Staff Management:&nbsp;
