1)Proactively handle sales inquiries, liaise with sales representatives and ensure seamless, timely order processing.
2)Coordinate delivery arrangements with transporters, warehouses, customers and branches.
3)Prepare and manage logistics-related documents (DO, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
4)Liaise closely with the internal/external team on order status, delivery schedules, and customer requirements
5)Manage inventory arrangement, including stock monitoring, coordination with warehouse and stock movement records
6)Maintain proper records for orders, deliveries and logistics transactions
7)Liaise with vendors on order, costing and product sourcing.
&nbsp;8)Handle general administrative duties.
&nbsp;9)Assist Sales Team in resolving customer inquiries related to orders, inventory and deliveries
