Job Description
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute events, such as conferences, seminars, product launches, workshops, and corporate gatherings. 2.Develop detailed event project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure successful execution within set parameters. 3.Monitor and manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 4. Identify and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure seamless event execution. 5.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop event marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional materials. 6.Work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Design, Sales, and other relevant departments to align event initiatives with overall company strategies. 7. Schedule all social media, Instagram , Facebook and Tiktok.
Job Requirements
1. Experience as an event coordinator and/or server preferred. 2. Ability to meet the physical demand of the job (standing for long hours, carry heavy weights items). 3. Courteous and attentive to guests. 4. Ability as team player and good in follow instructions 5. Ability to work a variable work schedule including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays. 6. Highly motivated and quality driven. 7. Detail oriented yet able to excel while multi tasking. 8. Good communication skills.
