1. Administrative Support - Provide general administrative assistance including document preparation, filing, data entry and record maintenance. 2. Event & Meeting Coordination - Arrange meetings, workshops, and internal events including venue booking, logistics coordination and preparation of materials. 3. Documentation & Reporting - Prepare reports, maintain attendance records, meeting minutes and ensure proper documentation control. 4. Liaison & Coordination - Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on administrative and operational matters. 5. Operational Support - Support departmental projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualification and Education: • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles. • Fresh graduates may be considered for contract positions. Technical Knowledge / Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Good documentation and record-keeping skills. • Basic knowledge of office administration procedures. People’s Knowledge / Skills: • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
