Job Description
Mushroom Harvester & Packer 1. Harvesting: Pick mature mushrooms daily using the correct technique. 2. Grading: Sort mushrooms and remove any damaged or poor-quality ones. 3. Weighing: Accurately weigh mushrooms according to package standards (e.g., 200g). 4. Packing: Pack mushrooms neatly into bags or containers. 5. Labeling: Apply price tags and expiry dates correctly. 6. Cleaning: Keep the grow house and packing area clean and sanitized. 7. Recording: Record the daily harvest weight and rejection numbers.
Job Requirements
Mushroom Harvester & Packer 1. Education: Minimum SPM or school leaver (literate in basic reading/counting). 2. Experience: No prior experience needed (on-the-job training provided). 3. Physical: Physically fit, healthy, and able to stand for long periods. 4. Environment: Willing to work in a farm environment (humid/cool conditions). 5. Attitude: Disciplined, punctual, and honest. 6. Transport: Possess own transport to work. 7. Availability: Willing to work overtime (OT) during peak harvest seasons if needed.
