Job Description
• Coordinate and handle overseas product introduction and registration. • Familiarize with various local regulatory requirements and accountable for the product regulatory compliance. • Assist in new product development with Manufacturers and new product launching to Malaysia Marketing Team. • Develop marketing tools (e.g. catalogue, poster, slides, product & health articles) for publication & company training purpose. • Handle customers’ inquiries & complaints with providing constructive feedback. • Attend and support in any task that assigned by Superior/Management.
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Life Science (Food Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc) / Health Science (Biomedical, Nutrition, etc) or any similar degree qualification. • Willing to work in Alor Setar and Petaling Jaya. • Minimum 1 year working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Good personality with initiative and good communication skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Proficient in computer literacy. Good verbal & writing skills in English, Chinese and Malay. • Familiarize with various local regulatory requirements and product compliance would be an advantage. • Good in science studies understanding, interpretation and analysis.
