<p>We are looking for a <strong>detail-oriented and disciplined HR professional</strong> to manage payroll, HR administration, and compliance functions in Malaysia. This role requires someone who is <strong>structured, accurate, and consistent in executing processes while upholding company policies and standards</strong>.</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Payroll Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Process monthly payroll accurately and on time</li>
<li>Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)</li>
<li>Maintain payroll records and prepare related reports</li>
<li>Liaise with payroll vendors and ensure timely processing</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>HR Administration</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare <strong>Letters of Appointment and employment documentation</strong></li>
<li>Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy</li>
<li>Manage <strong>leave administration and attendance records</strong> (leave, OT, lateness)</li>
<li>Maintain employee benefits and medical records</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Compliance &amp; Control</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and company policies</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits</li>
<li>Apply HR processes consistently and ensure adherence across employees</li>
