Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined HR professional to manage payroll, HR administration, and compliance functions in Malaysia. This role requires someone who is structured, accurate, and consistent in executing processes while upholding company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Maintain payroll records and prepare related reports
• Liaise with payroll vendors and ensure timely processing

HR Administration

• Prepare Letters of Appointment and employment documentation
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
• Manage leave administration and attendance records (leave, OT, lateness)
• Maintain employee benefits and medical records

Compliance & Control

• Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and company policies
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation
• Support internal and external audits
• Apply HR processes consistently and ensure adherence across employees

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in payroll or HR operations
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines
• Able to communicate clearly and enforce policies when required
• Organized, disciplined, and reliable
