Job Responsibilities

<li>Contribute to/responsible for all aspects of the procurement process.</li>
<li>Collection of supporting documents for payments to suppliers.</li>
<li>Gather quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions</li>
<li>Petty Cash management.</li>
<li>To generate PO &amp; related correspondences.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.</li>
<li>Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required.</li>
<li>Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal department and external suppliers on purchased items or engaged items</li>
<li>Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time</li>
