<li>Help gather and analyse data for market benchmarking to assess compensation competitiveness.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing data for salary reviews, adjustments, and bonus distribution.</li>
<li>Assist in administering benefits programs, including health insurance, medical benefit, long service award, and other perks.</li>
<li>Respond to basic employee inquiries about benefits, escalating more complex issues as needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate benefits enrolment, renewal, and termination processes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.</li>
<li>Assist in enhancing employee handbook and HR policies.</li>
<li>Assist in Annual Performance Management Exercise.</li>
<li>Support the team in gathering and analyzing employee feedback on benefits programs, helping identify areas of improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing offerings.</li>
<li>Handling ESOS matters.</li>
