Job Overview As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR operations. You will help implement HR initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure a positive employee experience across PSC and its sister brands. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and essential to building a strong organizational culture, supporting team performance, and enabling our rapid growth.
Job Roles &amp; Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.</li>
<li>Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed, engaged, and aligned with PSC’s culture.</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide recommendations for attracting the right talent.</li>
</ul>
Employee Engagement &amp; Culture
<ul>
<li>Support initiatives that foster a positive, goal-driven, and inclusive work culture.</li>
<li>Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing programs to recognize achievements, milestones, and contributions.</li>
</ul>
HR Operations &amp; Process Management
<ul>
<li>Maintain HR records, employee files, and HR systems accurately and confidentially.</li>
<li>Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.</li>
<li>Support payroll processing, leave management, attendance tracking, and employee benefits administration.</li>
</ul>
Performance &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>Assist in monitoring employee performance, coordinating performance reviews, and tracking development plans.</li>
<li>Help identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Governance
<ul>
<li>Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.</li>
<li>Assist in handling employee relations matters, including incident reporting, grievances, and conflict resolution under the guidance of senior HR personnel.</li>
