Job Overview
As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR operations. You will help implement HR initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure a positive employee experience across PSC and its sister brands. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and essential to building a strong organizational culture, supporting team performance, and enabling our rapid growth.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed, engaged, and aligned with PSC’s culture.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide recommendations for attracting the right talent.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Support initiatives that foster a positive, goal-driven, and inclusive work culture.
• Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
• Assist in implementing programs to recognize achievements, milestones, and contributions.

HR Operations & Process Management

• Maintain HR records, employee files, and HR systems accurately and confidentially.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Support payroll processing, leave management, attendance tracking, and employee benefits administration.

Performance & Development

• Assist in monitoring employee performance, coordinating performance reviews, and tracking development plans.
• Help identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in handling employee relations matters, including incident reporting, grievances, and conflict resolution under the guidance of senior HR personnel.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee engagement (hospitality, events, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
