Job Description

Attend to Owners’ and Tenants’ Enquiries, including:

• Collection of maintenance fees and issuance of receipts
• Visitor registration and access control
• Move-in and move-out procedures
• Processing of renovation applications
• Guidelines for refund applications
• Coordination of post-key handover preparations and processes

Manage Common Area Maintenance:

• Waste collection and disposal
• Landscaping upkeep
• Security system monitoring and coordination
• Lighting maintenance
• Coordination with service providers
• Monitoring and management of utilities

Administrative Duties:

• Follow up on top defaulter accounts
• Assist in preparation and coordination of JMB/MC meetings

Job Requirements

• Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Malaysian student in third or final year of study
• Minimum CGPA of 3.3 or equivalent
• Available for a minimum of 12 weeks
• Actively involved in extra-curricular activities
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Team player with an innovative mind and strong interpersonal skills
