Job Description

  • Assist in entering and updating document tracking records under supervision.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of Goods Received Notes (GRN) to the Finance Department in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) following established procurement policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in arranging delivery schedules with the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure efficient handling of incoming good.
  • Assist in the execution of stock counts to support accurate inventory management and record maintenance. 
  • To perform general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and emailing documents, as required.
  • To perform any ad-hoc task or project assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or your immediate superior

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/ Management/ or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn
