<li>Assist in entering and updating document tracking records under supervision.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and submission of Goods Received Notes (GRN) to the Finance Department in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) following established procurement policies and guidelines.</li>
<li>Assist in arranging delivery schedules with the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure efficient handling of incoming good.</li>
<li>Assist in the execution of stock counts to support accurate inventory management and record maintenance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To perform general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and emailing documents, as required.</li>
<li>To perform any ad-hoc task or project assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or your immediate superior</li>
</ul>
