Your Role
Technical Service Executive who is responsible to attend outfield services such as repair, installation, hygiene maintenance, in-house services such as vacuum cleaner & SA repair.
What you''ll be doing
To uphold service level to meet customer expectation with good customer handling skill.
To handle the customer enquiries in technical aspect as when required.
To attend product inspection in the delegated warehouse/dealer place and prepare the require report.
To prepare quotation and follow up with customer closely.
To manage administrative duties such close job and remit payment collection in daily basis.
To track personal service order and manage individual KPI such AR management, RCT, FVR & NPS.
To support any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Close collaboration with internal team – Call center, Spare part.
Who You Are
Possess at least Diploma / Degree
Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office and Email communication.
Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
You are well-organized and responsible with a positive attitude.
You keep the consumer and customer front of mind, bringing an outside-in perspective to encouraging cross-collaboration, and encouraging open feedback.
You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and across functions. You can manage changing priorities with ease.
Good team player. Demonstrate flexibility in providing coverage and/or availability

You will be based in Penang Office and reports directly to Service Network & Technical Manager
